So, I went out there on Sunday, September 8th (2024) at about 4PM ... one hour from closing time and there were at least 6 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. There's no way it was "shift change" being so close to closing time ... I sure hope the taxpayers of London, Ontario aren't paying all of these people to stand around "leaning on their shovels". To make matters even worse, the employees are often rude.

I went there a few weeks ago with 12' of interior wall that had obs sheathing and a bit of drop ceiling, couldn't of weighed more than me around 300lbs. Now expecting to be around the normal base charge they had 28$, the guy looked at it for a couple seconds and puts it in for 87$. I just don't understand the 3x in price didn't the people running this place have a big cut in their salary, where is the money going?

Dont know where to post my complaint.

Byron, London has become a mess ever since they started doing garbage ery 2 wks. How do you expct to contain weight n keep garbage to a limit if you are collecting it every 2 weeks!!!! We got babies, family of 5. Diapers take up weight/space as it is and on top of that its summer so we gota sit with garbage for 2 wks. We havent seen on schedule exemption 3 bag garbage recently either. Screw this compost program.

BRING BACK GARBAGE TAKE OUT EVERY WEEK!!!!!

I didn’t know where else to post this. The city of London is failing us! Garbage pick up every 2 weeks is not working. We’re a family of 5 in B2. Weekly pick up was working fine. 2 week pick up is a joke. With diapers, it is impossible to keep bags at 44 pounds at a 3 bag limit. I pay high property taxes and now I have to buy tags? Forget kittie litter. I’m just going to dump that wherever. London needs to do better. There’s very little value with this new garbage pick up.

My first time recycling. Was an amazing and smooth process. Those 2 workers, Jamal and Teegan, who I’m assuming are students, were really helpful in aiding and guiding me. All in all staff was great and experience was one to go back for. 6/5
