Great and fast experience. It is obvious that you are talking to friendly, local, real people when you call. They explained everything and had the lowest price to remove my old oil tank, which was a flat fee regardless of whether they needed to cut it out or could take it whole. Other companies that I spoke to said they had a base price, which was higher than Superior's flat rate, and if they needed to cut the tank apart, it would cost more. I appreciated that Superior was up front about price and they were more affordable. They came within a few days of calling and removed the tank. They did have to cut it apart and they did not change prices. The techs were friendly and professional. No mess. They cleaned after themselves and they cemented up the prior entry points into the house from the old heater. They communicated well. I would use them again and would recommend them.

i can’t say enough good things about these guys, apart from the fact they are the only ones who ever picked up the phone (i must have called the other service which was recommended to me 15 times, no response) they were able to book me within a week of christmas and emptied my oil tank of ~100 gallons within 45 minutes. really excellent service and a reasonable price.
