This is a fantastic company. We had a very difficult time obtaining a building permit. However, the company spent numerous hours and money working with the City in order to obtain the proper documentation. This was all on their dime. Once the permit was granted, Otter sent a fantastic team down and installed not only my solar panels, but also my neighbours. Now lots of people are coming to my house and asking me about my panels. Great team to work with. I highly recommend them. I upgraded my heating system to an air-source heat pump, and wanted a solar system that would give me enough power for the entire house. Otter energy was the ONLY company that understood the amount of energy I was requesting, that worked with me to meet the energy needs and answered any concerns I had.
