For a natural gas supplier the customer service is great and it was nice to talk with someone who is local and in an office setting that's in my area. Talking to a person from a call center makes people feel uneasy and unsure even before the conversation starts about the issue. My experience was amazing and other then listening to the options at the beginning of the call - the time I spent on hold wasn't even 5 minutes. The amazing lady did everything I asked for and more in a jiffy. Thanks for making my day less stressful.

Absolute worst service I have ever had from a utility compant in my adult years. We just took possession of a house and you disconnected my gas because there wasn't an application received "quick enough" they claim they hand-delivered and left on the porch, which I didn't get or could have blown away or the previous owners may have received - THERE IS NO MAILBOX. They day they delivered the other owners still owned the house. I have never in my adult years and 5 homes had this type or service. I have a baby at home, no stove, no dryer, no hot water.......... The soonest they can do is 3 days from when they disconnected.

Had an issue with low gas pressure after a lightning strike service tech Daryl arrived within an hour and checked and replaced meter getting my heat and hot water back up and running in no time. Thank you for the fast response excellent workmanship.

Want to hook up the natural gas an they make it way to complicated to get account hope the service will be better after the setting up an account is done

The number provided for customer service is busy a lot of the time The billing amount is astronomical and delivery rates are charged on two different rates. According to Epcor, it cost them $177.86 delivery plus a monthly charge of $13.50. My gas cost itself was $157.20. If they are charging that amount to deliver gas and it costs more for delivery than it does the product I receive, there is something very wrong. They are exactly the same for Hydro in rural areas. I added it up, and if you take JUST my street, they are charging approximately $3750.00 for my block. gas is brought to the town through the same gas line and then goes to individual homes. This is absolutely ridiculous!

The worst company ever. They will not return phone calls and I even had anemployee openly laugh in my face when I asked for status of my installation. I've been trying to get an install date for weeks for a simple reconnection. They are incredibly inconsiderate and careless. Avoid at all costs.
