First time getting a massage from a RMT and I know now that it won't be the last! I wasn't sure exactly to expect but Shannon was very friendly, fun to talk to, and made me feel comfortable/relaxed fairly quickly. I've been wanting to get one for years now and I am glad that when I finally decided to book an appointment that I landed on her webpage!

The hour flew by and I was very relaxed by the end, I honestly wanted to just nap right then and there xD

I went there for pain in my upper back but I would recommend to anyone who is dealing with back/hip/neck pain or discomfort because she showed/taught me a few things where I didn't realize I was so tight! 🙂

This review only lets you give 5 stars but I would go further and say 10/10

Wonderful experience and fantastic RMT. Shannon is kind and welcoming. Seeing her for the first time I was nervous but she broke everything down for me and I was able to enjoy the massage. Her workspace is safe and inviting, I'll definitely be back!

Shannon is the most thorough RMT!!

I've been working with Shannon for the last year, and she is so patient at understanding your needs. I've tried a handful of RMTs and I haven't been able to connect with any until I started visiting Shannon. She listened to me with compassion and kindness to help make me feel better, and experience less pain and muscle stiffness. She also makes her space feel very calming, and safe. She always makes sure I'm comfortable which is a must from an RMT.

I have a back injury and after every appointment I feel better. I can't thank her enough honestly!

Shannon is so knowledgeable and accommodated me through early pregnancy all the way to post partum. Our trust in her and her techniques keeps us as regulars!
