Had our power line damaged by sub contractors building a house next to us. Oakville Hydro came out right away and were amazing. Great crew and very helpful.

Called them to check the power to home due to an unstable power after an outage. Teams came within couple of hours to check the transformer and found a line to home was burned. Jumper has set temporarily with neighbours home and now all the power has been back to normal. Great job!

They have charged us not only one time but 3 times for insufficient balance. I called to ask clarification about the bill but in the middle of normal conversation the woman name start with J hang uped.
She just loudly told me mom mom you should call the customer service I do not know about that, and that was customer service number I reached from their chat box! I wonder if you don’t have working attitude and patient why you work! They should be tested when they get hired.
I also asked them to waive the fee! The 1st time they said they put note to waive the fee! Next person said no you should send it to customer service directly.
Ironically they advertise in answering machine best customer service. Their website is not working so I could not log in and the woman on the phone say you should go to your account!!! Interesting that they are not off to charge the fee but they are not available to fix the problem. This is how Canada get awful.

I keep getting the old Nighbour’s bill. Now over 3 years. I called many times. They won’t do anything about this.

They are charging me for old house owner. And this need to stop.

Transformer blew outside our house. Oakville Hydro was here in less than 10 minutes in the middle of a snowstorm. Power restored in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic!

Zero stars for poor communication. I have followed up at least 5 times for the ongoing faulty meter issue but no response.
