If I could give them a zero I would !!
In a years time they spent approx 2 weeks in my home tore it apart , left the subcontractors at a stand still , caused even more damage in my home then bailed just pulled out leaving me to start over I think they thought I would just go away but myself and my insurance company made them responsible to pay me out damages !!! There unprofessionalism is bad very bad stay as far away as you can

I do not recommend hiring ServiceMaster Moose Jaw for home restoration projects. We had constant problems when they dealt with our insurance claim in spring 2019.

They were painfully slow (almost never showed up on time and often showed up days or weeks late).

They would never communicate or follow instructions when it didn't suit them (for example, they would repeatedly enter parts of the house that they had agreed to stay out of).

IMO worst of all was the poor judgement we saw in fixing our problem. We had a burst water pipe in our kitchen wall and they didn't think it would be necessary to open up or remove many of the affected areas ("the drywall will dry out with a dehumidifier put next to it" he'd say). Two months later we had a large black mold issue, and so I ended my relationship with ServiceMaster.

We had a great experience with the crews we dealt with! Friendly, helpful, and quick when available. Contractors are few so we understood that there would be a wait for the work. But when the availability came up, they went straight to work to get it done.

I had been living in an apartment which had a roof fire, so the building owners hired them. If you use this company, check up on them regularly. They left a white film of dust on all of my belongings ,including the TV; they covered nothing while they worked. Tools were left all over the place. Wood pieces with nails sticking out were left in the middle of the room. Employees were unprofessional, negligent and disrespectful.
