I ordered with STS after hearing a negative review for Dusk.

These guys were slightly cheaper. But more importantly, the engineer made a minor mistake with my trusses. This happens.

Why they are five star is because my engineer personally delivered the piggybacks and apologized the same day they heard back about the mistake. He allowed me to get my roof up before winter by taking the time himself to make up for it.

I have a huge amount of respect for companies that provide that level of service, and a huge amount of respect for Loren.
