Just seen them stop by my neighbours house in Sechelt (who left an extra bag out) get out of his truck and leave a note on the extra garbage bag and drive away. Why not pick up the garbage bag throw it in the truck and leave the note on the garbage can so bears/racoons/dogs don’t get into it. Lack of common sense seems to be missing for this company. So I got out of my house grabbed the bag and walked it across the street and put it into my other neighbours can. I’m actually dumbfounded on how clueless the driver was. I attached a photo the garage can across the street where I walked the extra bag for my neighbour. Also stop picking up the garbage on the highway on Fridays which is the busiest time of the week on the coast. Like I said common sense is lacking for this company

MRF services the District of Sechelt yet violates the noise Bylaws regarding the restriction of use of Heavy Machinery prior 7:00 AM.
Every Wednesday we have a driver operating in our neighbourhood picking up the commercial metal bins with their forklift dumpster waking up people at 6:30 AM or slightly earlier. Why? Why is my child crying at 6:30 AM, why are we being disturbed, woken up before 7:00 AM? No Respect

Am really disappointed that we have such poor service for a company that touts its customer service so highly. I’ve called 7 times and as soon as the clock turned 4:00 pm ( closing time ) I was suddenly able to get through all the prompts only to be put on hold. Just to be sure I waited futilely, for 15 minutes before hanging up in anger. My reason for calling in the first place? They drove right by our bins without stopping.
