The indoor staff is very rude and quick to judge you right away, especially the first
Point of contact girl and then the whole office/people feel the urge to stand up against you without knowing the exact reason. Yes the outside staff has been really helpful and nice.

$35 to dump a box spring and a bag of garbage. I asked the girl at the scale if that price was right and she started to go off about how they recycle things and then closed the sliding door quick and would not even listen to a word I had to say like a coward.

Very clean and organized place considering it is a dump/landfill. From the start to finish staff was friendly. We made the mistake of bringing our waste in black plastic bags, so there is an extra fee for that. City would like to see clear plastic bags. The large dump bins are well labeled and the lot is clean.

Why are the hours terrible? Anyone with a full time job cannot access the dump at all, privatizing our garbage collection was a terrible move, no wonder our street are filled with garbage. The city needs to do better!

I had to do a dump run from my son's place, first time at that location, couldn't ask for friendly service and a well run site. All bins were clearly marked, but staff was still there if you had any questions, and even said if I needed a hand with anything, just ask!
Better service than many retail stores!

Lady at the window to pay was really rude and her attitude was not needed. She repeatedly slammed the sliding window in my face. Was over charged after being told that it was going to be 10 dollars bur instead had to pay 42 dollars. Never come here
