We have used Hank’s for the past several years from complete rewiring to ceiling lights installation. Their work is A1. Called today for faulty outside electrical box. They dispatched Scot who diagnosed and replaced in half hour in the rain. Well Done! Most strongly recommended.

Our Hank's Electric experience was amazing. Our home was completely rewired and service upgraded with no surprises. The company rewired my entire house and changed out my electrical panel. They also installed pot lights. They staff are professional and friendly. I love that Hank came to the site a few times to check out the work and ask any questions I may of had.

I recently sold the house and needed a 30amp installed at my new place and Hank came out to see the job. The next day he had men doing the work and it was completed in the same day.

We had Hank and his team handle our electrical upgrade from 60amps to 100amps.

Right from the get go, we realized we were in great hands with Hank. From the initial on-site quote all the way until the job was complete, Hank made the entire process easy, professional and fast!

The two electricians who completed the job (Matt and Tyler) were great at setting timelines, explaining install processes and keeping us up to date on the progress. The job was done quickly and cleanly while staying within the quoted budget.

Overall I would highly recommend Hank's for any electrical work. Thanks guys!

The hanks team is really professional and punctual from when I called for their service, the electrician Scott came out to my house to install my light fixtures for me and I would ask what kind of work needed to be done for the light fixture to be installed and Scott didn’t hesitate to give me details on what was gonna be done and how it’s gonna be finished. I really appreciate the professionalism that was provided from the electrician and lady in the office for the great communication service I would definitely recommend the team to family, friends and others. I owe it to myself if I don't let other people know about the worst experience I had with Hank's electrical company.
1- don't be fooled by their friendly approach
- do not trust them with their verbal
Promises.
3- get written contract signed and stamped for all the work that needs to be done. Make sure there are no hidden fees and prices, get warranty incase anything goes wrong after the job is done. Monitor them regularly. Assure them that you do not accept any job to be done without your consent.

My biggest mistake was trusting Hank's. The father's estimated price was $1600.00, and i had explained my budget.

I ended up with a $8920.00
Invoice. I was shocked! When I asked about it they said the "son " did more work. They did not consult with me about extra work before doing it, at no time did I give consent.

After going back and forth with no resolution, i had to pay the amount in full as Hank's sent it to collections. For a "family company" they put me and my family at risk as i had to borrow money with high interest rate just to be rid of the threatening calls from collections.

Now that they got the $8920.90 dollars , they refuse to fix all the holes they made on the walls and ceilings.
I have power outage at my kitchen now , I keep contacting them but no response to my contacts. They are the most irresponsible people.

Please think twice, before contacting Hank's electrical.

I made my points very clearly about the bad experience I had with your company. If you cared about people's safety, as much as money, you would send a professional electricion to fix the electrical issues at my house , which is over five months now. My frustration still is for being overcharged for the works you said you did, but I never asked you to do it.
Besides you better focus on providing good works for your clients, instead of being worried about my teanent's safety
It seems like that I am not the only customer that being treated unfairly.
There are many others too.

1- pls refund me the remaining overcharged ,the collection agency by threat , took it from me.

2- Pls send a handyman to fix all the holls on the walls and ceilings at my home.

3- pls send the professional electricion to fix the outage at my house . As I don't trust your company anymore.
