I did Kim's "Right Body for You" program. I would say Kim is amazing, understanding, and has invaluable lived experience. She listens to your goals, your needs and really customises programming for you. My strength and mobility improved and I was reminded again to listen to my body's wisdom. If you're on the fence, take the leap!

Kim meets you where you are at and where you want to go. She can provide accommodations for injuries or movements that don't feel good. Kim feels like a friend and makes you feel comfortable. You will feel better about yourself after working out with Kim. She helps you to see the progress you have made towards your goals. I wish I lived closer so that I could go to classes at her studio. I was so thankful to have the opportunity to do personal training with Kim virtually!

I am now halfway through my second set of personal training sessions with Kim.

I started when I hit a wall with COVID and everything I had let go of during the first few months.

Kym has been nothing but encouraging and supportive. I have felt my strength and endurance increase each session and even though I’m ZONKED sometimes, her motivation and ability to modify to my needs gets me through each session.

As someone who has struggled with body image issues and dieting, her holistic non body shaming approach has made me feel comfortable and motivated in a healthy way.

I would 100% recommend Kim to anyone looking to start or just improve their fitness journey.

Kim and her program, Right Body for Me, really helped me take the next steps when it comes to feeling confident and comfortable in my body. I had already waded into the shallow end of the anti-diet movement, but Kim's program gave me the tools to deal with negative thoughts and influences and set me on the road of being diet free and helping others to do the same.
