Advantage was really great to work with. Especially the Halton team. They delivered a clean bin in a timely manner. The driver was very nice and placed it exactly where we needed and made sure there was no damage to the property. They maintained great communication throughout the whole rental, working with us as our project took longer than we expected. They were flexible in their timeline. We couldn’t be happier with our bin rental, They made the process worry free. Highly recommend Advantage.

Advantage is used by my buildings management corporation. 10/4/2024 at 15 20 there was an Advantage truck and driver backing out of our parking lot at 2400 New Street Burlington. Right in the middle as he stopped after seeing cars trying to move in and out, sitting on 2 different speed bumps. The driver gets out and gestures that I have space to move through, with about a foot of room with the driver standing next to his truck. Already witnessing one person turn around and use a different exit YOUR driver gestures to me like I'm an idiot. What amazing public relation training he has. What great awareness of his own vehicle the gentleman has. I've met a lot of rude Advantage Waste truck drivers but this one took the cake. Made me seek a 1 star google review just to air my grievances

This was our 1st time renting a dumpster and we are very impressed with their customer service.
Patricia on dispatch is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions.
Lorne on delivery arrived as promised and was equally helpful; dropping the bin as needed in a confined space.
This is an excellent company to do business with.

Called and asked to have a 40 yard bin delivered to my residence. They said no problem at all. They delivered a 20 yard bin instead. I called and spoke to someone about this who apologized and said we'll send out another 20 yard bin right away. I was charged TWICE for bin removal! When I called to talk to them about this they said they don't deliver 40 yard bins to residential and there was nothing they could do. a 400 dollar bin end up costing me 1300 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous communication at this company and no help whatsoever when they made the mistake.

Awesome service! Called and within 2 hours had our bin dropped. Filled it in a day and removed same day! We have had an excellent turn around with Advantage! Highly recommended!

I was so pleased with these guys. I emailed them on friday to get a quote to get rid of some things in my garage. I physically cant do it but I needed to clear some things out. They gave me a quote and I had said I would be home about 8am on monday. The guys were here exactly on time. Super nice and fast. The price was great and the staff they have are amazing. It was only a matter of 15 mins and they were done. Some of my neighbors came out once they left so I gave them info to get in touch with these guys. I will definitely be using them for anything I need removed and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.
