My kids are always wanting to check these 2nd hand stores out for deals and finds.
I thought the lay out off the store was very organized and clean. My one son found a really nice pair off carhart work pants and we was satisfied with the price. The staff was friendly.

Honestly so disappointed with my experience at Goodwill at Glendale today. When dropping off donations I saw an item in the back drop off area that peaked my interest. Upon asking several different employees as well as a store manager about how to go about getting this item priced and whether or not it was for sale, I was told that it was being picked up and DISPOSED of as it hasn’t sold in the previous month and would be left outside until a truck arrives to collect the items. I just drove by again, after store hours and the item remains outside and in the rain. I offered to pay for the item after having it be priced and they denied. It is very frustrating that a franchise that I regularly DONATE to is blatantly being wasteful and not accommodating whatsoever. For staff to have been so transparent about the fact that the item was being discarded and that they were unable to sell me the item or even give me the item due to “consequences” from management is ridiculous. I will reconsider where I choose to donate to in the future as I no longer wish to support a company that isn’t as focused on upcycling “reduce, reuse, recycle” and giving back to the community as they claim to be.

Good prices lots to choose from however counter staff need to be more friendly. I went with someone that hasn't gone shopping in over 5 years due to anxiety and the girl was very impatient with us threw my item on counter and didn't say a word the entire time. First time ever I felt like garbage in there..

Was walking around doing my shopping then worker thinks I'm stealing, she's so rude, I was in line waiting to leave and infront of me was a nice Spanish family, the worker looks at the Spanish teenager and asks him "can you read?" Like excuse me!? The mom looked shocked, after as I was leaving, the worker then asked for my receipt, then said that people like me steal alot... Just a weird situation to be in...

honestly not worth it not much selection at all found zero items worth buying in my opinion, staff were quite rude. apparently also have a no food no drink policy as a THRIFT store and not very noticeable sign before going in and made me leave my drink at the front, went back and there were no staff don’t feel very safe about that.

honestly not worth time stopping in, all the stuff there is not very good valu village is way better. Staff rude, and put up an issue about a drink then moved it and didn’t inform cashier and we thought our starbucks we just bought was tossed away.

The old Asian lady working on Thursday night of march 20 of 2025 around 8:30pm treated me like a thief she knows I am a regular and loyal customer and every single employees knows me .I always spend half of my monthly income on goodwill because I appreciate the brand impact and its mission so much. I come to goodwill almost 3-4 times a week. Every workers treats me very well but that lady often treats me very poorly and I have no idea what is her problem with me. They have a policy of 3 at a time and I always make sure to take every item 3 at a time and i always do it and today I did it correctly. She knocked my door, yelled very rudely saying I need to talk to you when I was changing. When I cash out I showed my concern because I was angry when I left the store she shouted don’t ever come to this store again. Never coming again unless it’s very very urgent stuff I need to purchase congratulation on losing your loyal customer. Hire more employees like this who treats people like her and you will soon become Hudson Bay and have to file bankruptcy
