This place has changed a lot recently – and definitely for the better. I enjoy going there because the process of dumping waste is usually quick and hassle-free. One of the highlights is the friendly and helpful gentleman who directs traffic at the dumping stations – always smiling, cracking a joke, and he has even helped me a few times when the garbage wouldn't come out due to ice build-up. It's honestly a pleasure to go there. I truly recommend this place!
Any issues that come up are caused entirely by the customers themselves – some lack patience, basic manners, and respect for others.

The man who works in the morning is very rude, unable to say good morning, there is no smile on his face, I can understand if I experience this once, that day may not have started the day well. I've gone many times and every time he looks at my face with the same sullen and just says how will you pay

IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE ARGUMENTS ABOUT YOUR RATES THEN HAVE THEM POSTED CLEARLY ON THE PAY STATION AS YOU GO IN. Also, because I just paid 45$ for 5$ worth of garbage.

John from junkrunners never had a issue with them have used them for years great rates always friendly staff. We do not use any other transfer station. We use both locations etobicoke and scarborough.

Just got charged close to a ton for a truck of INSULATION. THIS PLACE RIGS THE SCALE IN THEIR FAVOUR AND DOES NOT ADJUST IT IF YOU TELL THEM ITS WAYYY OFF. Do not use them, 3 cheaper and HONEST options within a couple km.

went there 2 time. first time charge C&D material at rate of $75 (paid total $175.43), but second time charge $98 AND fuel charge $20.83 (paid total $494.19). called them couple times and left voice mail but nobody reply back.

I visit medulla once a week everyone there is very professional and easy going, their scale is accurate, and service is better than near by competition.
