Une personne a récemment acheté une maison et nécessitait un pompe à chaleur pour climat froid pour satisfaire les exigences d'assurance/paiement. L'équipe de Kenetic a réagi rapidement aux questions et a facilité une installation rapide et sans problème. L'installation s'est déroulée sans heurts et a été réalisée avec une grande attention pour la maison. Pendant la vague de chaleur que nous avons eue, cela fonctionnait parfaitement pour maintenir la maison confortable.

Kenetic a également remplacé mon réservoir à fioul de 20 ans. Le travail a été effectué à temps et au prix prévu. Je recommanderais vivement leur services à quiconque.

Recently, was searching for an hvac company in our area to install a furnace humidifier system as we only had 14% relative humidity in our home, causing health, sinus issues.

They are true professional's, in-depth explanation of options available, operation characteristics and accurate quotes to meet our needs.
Prompt install date and expertise were performed!
Not just installing a humidifier unit, but adding copper feed line and in-plumbing valve to ensure reliable operation for the future.
Who knew humidifiers are more effective using hot water feed?
We now enjoy flawless 35% humidity levels in our home and the health benefits were noticed the next day.
Also had a furnace service performed during visit.

Highly recommend! After dealing with another local company that misdiagnosed our issue and was not able to come back for 3 weeks when we were still without heat, I decided to call Kenetic. They were able to come out that same day and properly diagnosed and fixed the issue and explained it to me in a way I could understand, as someone who knows nothing about furnaces. They were super transparent with pricing, friendly, and I had a great experience with them. Safe to say I will no longer be using the other company and will be using Kenetic from now on. Thank you!

Working with Team Kenetic has been great! They restored a lot of confidence from our previous experiences with HVAC trades people. Currently there is a major vibration coming from the Trane furnace but I expect Mike or Richard will correct that shortly. S & D Knight

Just moved into a new house and in the middle of the first heat-wave of the summer our AC stopped working. I contacted Kenetic Energy Ltd. to repair/replace our AC/Heat Pump unit. They came out the same afternoon and followed up quickly with a quote on a new unit as our existing one would be too costly and too old to repair. It was my first time dealing with a forced air electric heating system, and Mike was very patient and explained all of the benefits and workings of a heat pump. Mike and his team came back a few days later to install the new unit and they did an incredible job – it took quite a while, but they were so clean, detailed, and thorough. The unit placement and the wiring on the outside of the house is a work of art! The unit has been up and running like a charm for a bit now. I would highly recommend Kenetic Energy Ltd. for any HVAC service/installation. Everyone, from the office staff to the sales and technicians were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
