This place once worked like clockwork, people answered the phone, sale rep's kept their commitments. Now, HA!!! online payment system doesn't work, calling doesn't even work sometimes, call centre is in India(the moment something isn't right they pretend not to hear you), sale rep's are only there to snatch the business not maintain it. PROVE ME WRONG.

I have had the most frustrating month and half dealing with someone from this company and I was ready to pull the small business we had and go to a competitor. Luckily I spoke this amazing lady today who answered the phone line at the Canadian contact centre named Simranjeet K-B who literally saved the relationship!!!!! Kudos to her for her quick help, quote and actual customer service skills. I would give her 5 stars but the last person who took years off my life in frustration lost this company 2 stars and I hope he undergoes training or they change the process!
