I mean come on, this place wasn't busy mid day and they still made me wait almost half hour to unload 2 windows and a couple of bags! This has to be the laziest, slowest, rudest place I've ever been. Places like this should just close down! This operation should be running way smoother then it is and if your employees are as lazy as the ones here, you really need to revamp your facilities. Cause this place hands down is the worst I've ever seen. And what's even worse is someone will read this and take offense to it, instead of looking at the bad ratings and try changing things! Way to go GFL! Maybe things need to change from management down! Boooooooooooooo

What wonderful service. I was in and out of there super fast. They didn’t even laugh at my poor backing up at 7am. We are fortunate to have access to this.

Horrible company. The workers can't seem to do their job.
- They leave trails of trash as they do their runs, my street has never looked sooo horrible than on garbage day.
- My bin gets missed at least twice a month, seems like they're getting lazier and lazier. ----- The excuses they come up with for the missed pickups are obscene and I've had them lie to me multiple times. I had to start taking pictures of my bins to prove them wrong.
- The trucks spew out thick black smoke as they do the commute.
These are just a few issues.This company is absolutely pathetic and needs to be shut down or a serious overhaul. But it seems they genuinely don't care about the general public, only themselves and the $$$ in their pocket. They deserve 0 stars.
