Extremely poor customer service. No one returns calls. Multiple messages left. I finally received a call back and spoke to James Mag____, a manager in Vaughan, on October 30. He said he’d call me back shortly with information I requested. He did not call me back with any information and he didn’t call me back to tell me who could help me. So I called back on Nov 27, after not hearing back from him or anyone at the company. He said he didn’t have any info for me and that I should call the main office again. He was very rude and unprofessional and said “I’m not working. I don’t have to be nice to you. You need to speak to someone else.” I told him that I did not know he was not working (I wouldn’t possibly have the knowledge of his shifts) but that HE did answer his WORK number so he didn’t have to be rude. I also said that if he was not working, he didn’t have to answer his WORK phone number provided to me by his head office. He had started giving me the number I was supposed to call to speak with someone “1-866-…..” and then he hung up on me without giving me the entire number because he repeated he was not working. He then called me back and said. “ I’m not working! I don’t have to be nice to you! Leave me alone!”. This manager definitely needs to be re-trained and possibly examined by a medical professional. The company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable; from management down.

No comment about the service but disappointment when a company member leaves their dog in the company truck on a hot day while they shop at home depot in Whitby. Shame on you!
