These guys are great. They did not take advantage of me when I was in a very fragile state. They are so friendly and helpful, going through my son's totaled car to help me retrieve the license plates. I would highly recommend Affordable Valley towing.

We got a flat outside of Comox on our old car with a rare tire size that no one carries anymore. Valley Affordable not only had tires for us, but they also mounted and balanced them while we waited. We were back on the road within 30 minutes. Friendly service and very affordable prices. Thank you guys!

I called about a transmission, I talk to the "new" Mike he's the "new" owner as "old" Mike passed away and Frank isn't there anymore. Mike & Frank were awesome, honest, and fair.. "new" Mike thinks this is the Mainland, and is charging "mainland" prices is going to get him a lot of business.. I wonder how many people like me wont deal with Valley unAffordable now.. I was quoted $900 for a used transmission, I expect those prices from Ralphs in Vancouver. Too bad Valley Affordable USED to be an awesome place to buy parts at *AFFORDABLE* Prices.

I've had several vehicles serviced by these guys and one even had an engine swap! They have fair prices for parts and service and my favourite part about this place is their quotes are accurate and they never over charge. They do honest work here and offer great advice too. I will always bring my car to get fixed here even if I have to travel for the service! Highly recommend!!

I was visiting from Alberta and was looking for a headlight part for my daughter's car I was not able to find at home. Long story short the people of Valley Affordable Towing were awesome. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and the price was very good. Great customer service. I would highly recommend Valley Affordable Towing to everyone.

Wish I could give a negative star.
They need better communication between the office and their tow truck drivers. We were left hanging for OVER 3 HOURS. Called an hour in to see what the hold up was, the office employee had no clue. The driver called and said he’d be by within a half hour, YEAH RIGHT!
Absolutely stunned by the unprofessionalism and would never recommend them to anyone.

I drive an old vehicle and this place always has the parts I need- with prices that can't be beat! They seem to gather up every single usable part from the scrap vehicles before recycling them; it's messy work, but the employees I've seen there sure seem happy enough going about their business. Down to earth, friendly bunch of people.
