Paid EnerGuy to do an energy audit and second inspection for the Federal government window subsidy. They made a number of mistakes on the audit, and when I brought it up to them, they did not reply to my email.

Then they uploaded the second inspection to Greener Homes and entered incorrect rating numbers for one of the windows. So far, I have called them twice to fix the problem, but the inspector responsible is very slow at correcting his error. I don't find their slow service acceptable.

I had to write this review because I was so happy with the energy audit service provided by Energuy Holdings Ltd. Serge Belanger, the Registered Energy Advisor assigned to me for the initial audit was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Serge took the time to explain everything to me, and I made sure to request him for my follow-up audit. I highly recommend Serge and the Energuy team.

So Aggravating!!! I’m located in Alberta.
They did a Quick inspection and friendly guy, but THEY made 2 mistakes! 8 weeks later and lots of phone calls, they fixed one of the mistakes but won’t fix the other because they cannot read “All models are 96% AFUE” on a spec sheet. Model numbers are 14 digits long for a reason.
Paid a-lot of money for this inspection, And i’ll be denied for my Heat pump if they don’t fix it! Right now a waste of Money!
