Lakeland goes above and beyond, they came and hooked up the cable and walked me through how it works. When I was talking to Brodie it was so easy to set up appointments and the cable guy that was here was top shelf very professional. Cogeco you should take a lesson from this company they have left you in the dust thanks again to Lakeland Networks YOU PEOPLE ROCK

Awesome service! I talked with them about my internet being slow/dropping a lot and asked about upgrading my router (it was probably 10 years old) They were very helpful and had some come the next day with a new router to install. Only took him about 15 minutes and my internet was as good as new!

My business internet went down on a Friday afternoon. Lakeland Networks had someone over within half an hour to identify the problem. A truck had town down the wire on a nearby pole.
Late in the day on a rainy Friday, i was not hopeful about having this restored for the weekend but i was pleasantly surprised when 3 trucks and multiple crews came together to restore service before the end of day. Thank you Lakeland Networks for the professional, friendly, local service.

Got a call back within the hr. If all else fails always reboot the Amino black box. Unplug, plug in and wait. TV eas back up and running in a few minutes. FYI, TV was asking gor s Server/Host IP address, reboot is the only way to fix. If this does not work then call. Technical support is not available as soon as you call in anytime after 4:30 pm Mon to Fri. Not good customer service. People pay good money for what? You can wait up yo two hrs to get a call back. This tech support is worse than Cogeco. Lakeland Networks needs to do better than that.

I scheduled my internet connection through Amy. On the day of install, I phoned Amy and she gave me a great update about the Tech's Eta. Seamless and easy. Greg showed up on time, was very pleasant, loved his job and got me connected. Moving days are tough enough without unexpected hassles. Thank you for making my day better.

I Just moved. This is a new world of TV, Phone and Internet. I Like the people and the service. The tech Andy is quick funny and does great work. I Am happy with this company.

Crapy customer service. It's Friday and my internet is out, called lakeland and they say they won't be around til Monday because the tech was told not to drive because of the weather. I've been out twice today and the roads are fine. This is unacceptable, I have online school to do and i have to wait 3 days? Do they not have people to work on the weekends? Extremley disappointed
