I brought my computer and spoke with Siva and told him it was the fan. He confirmed that and said that whenever the part came in they would call me. I received a call Sunday at 2:45pm and brought my laptop. They replaced the fan and contacted me within the hour.

I highly recommend this Computation LTD. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would definitely do so in a heartbeat. I will let anyone that has computer issues to contact them. Once again thank you.

Lately have had a hard time contacting the store, when I call during business hours it goes straight to an answering machine. Even going in person, kinda made to feel like I'm an interuption to their work, and little assistance was offered despite being happy to pay. Wasn't always this way....

Can't say it enough how impressed I was with John.

My son had built a gaming computer but couldn't get the internet to connect. He Googled, Youtubed, and tried ChatGPT, but he still couldn't connect the WIFI. He was exasperated and asked if we could call someone to come and set it up.

It was 4pm Monday and I reached out on a whim figuring I would get an answering machine, but to my surprise John answered. I explained the situation and he said he could be here in 1/2hour.

He arrived 1/2 hour later and was able to set up the WIFI. He checked a few other things to make sure the computer was set up properly since this was the first time my son had built a computer.

John was very personable and patient and got the job done without any difficulty. I highly recommend him. We will definitely use them again and refer them to any one needing computer assistance.

My 2019 all-in-one HP was very sluggish. They transferred all my stuff to a new solid state hard drive, and it runs better than new. All at a very reasonable price. Your shop was recommended to me, and I'm happy to recommend you to others. Thanks for the work.

These guys are great. Jay was super helpful! We went in to buy one mini PC but the options that Jay showed us and configured to our needs had us leaving with 3 of them! Very good pricing. Product's come with warranty. Would recomended for any refurbished PC purchases.

The charging cable broke inside my phone and was not able to remove it. I went hoping they could fix it and with in 30 seconds it was done. Very lovely and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Had excellent service from Civa today! Brought in a printer that needed repair but could not be fixed. Bought a used printer that serves it purpose there & had it connected to my laptop. Staff are knowledgeable, courteous & efficient. Would highly recommend if you need repair or would like to buy second hand.
