I recently had an 8.1kW solar system installed by Gott Energy, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional, particularly when it came to their outstanding customer service.

From the very beginning, TJ, the project manager, was attentive and responsive. He kept me informed at every stage, patiently answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident about the process. His clear communication and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. TJ also helped me complete the B.C. Hydro grant and the Canada Greener Homes Loan applications.

Caleb, the installer, was not just technically skilled but also approachable and courteous. He took the time to explain the installation process and ensured everything was done with care and attention to detail. His friendly demeanour made it easy to discuss any on-site concerns. He even noticed some defects with my roof that he thankfully advised me of and explained how the defects could be rectified. Caleb walked me through setting up the inverter app on my phone. My young daughters now enjoy seeing, in real time, how much power we can make from the sun!

Darren, the electrician, went above and beyond to ensure the electrical setup was safe and efficient. He was thorough in his work and took the time to walk me through the system’s electrical components, making sure I understood how everything functioned. He listened to my requests and made the install as clean as possible…and I think he may still be finding bits of my attic insulation from when he had to army crawl my attic to make sure the install was perfect.

The team at Gott Energy made the entire process smooth and stress-free through their dedication to excellent customer service. Their professionalism, clear communication, and friendly approach truly set them apart. I highly recommend Gott Energy to anyone considering a solar installation.

Joel presented solar panel information at UNBC, our university in Prince George, BC. This was the impetus for my wife and I to contact Gott Energy and begin the solar panel installation process. TJ promptly visited our place, took photos from a drone and then planned our 15kW ground mounted solar array. Caleb and Jordan successfully assembled the Fast Rack framework and carefully placed and attached 30 bifacial Thornova brand solar panels. Darren skilfully connected the array to the Fronius inverter and continued the run to our interior electrical panel. Thank you Caleb, Darren, Devon, Joel, Jordan, Nikki and TJ.

Gott Energy installed a 5.4kw Solar system on my roof and did a very good professional job. Starting with Joel coming out and doing a quote, helping with the process as well as grant and loan application.
TJ and Steve were excellent on site with the install and completion of the project in a very timely manner. Good quality workmanship, very pleasant employees. TJ went through the setting up of the app to monitor power generation at the house.
