In early May 2025 I brought in three separate 6 yard bins to haul away clean fill from a front yard landscaping project that I was working on. We rented a 14 yard bin for a partial home clean out job. The communication was quick and friendly. The bin was available the next day and we weren't required to be home for the drop off or the pick up (super convenient!). We recently did some landscaping and used BTDT Ottawa to haul away our clean fill. We needed a second bin the following day (July 1) and they delivered it surprisingly on a stat holiday, first thing in the morning! We were grateful as we underestimated how much fill we would generate. The drivers were professional, and responsive. Our bin was quickly picked up when full. You can't do any better than going with these folks, not only do you get a superb product, but the customer service is simply outstanding!! They people just like us, and compassionate towards the needs of their customers, no other company compares, and o top of all that, the price is right! Great People, Great product, great price, why go anywhere else?

Because of these fine folks I was able to get a few extra days to clear out my elderly mothers house that took a bit longer than expected. I was met by the Driver who placed the bin exactly where it was needed, and Nadine coordinated the pickup schedule with ease. I cannot thank these folks enough.

Easy to work with, no hassle, on time. I tried to get a dumpster within 2 days notice, most places had no pricing online and did not have live representatives, only answering machines, so kudos to BTDT for availability. The delivery driver laid wood under the bin to protect the asphalt and had no problem navigating a tight street. The bin did not have rusty latches or misaligned doors, so it was easy to open and close. If you need to know you got the best price possible, book well in advance and be prepared for alot of callbacks, otherwise I would recommend BTDT.
