We’ve experienced the 4th power outage that has lasted over 24 hours in the past 6 months on our street. I really don’t even have words anymore. Last time it was on the coldest day in winter and currently we are experiencing our outage on the hottest day (40 degrees). We were supposed to have power after 6 hours and now 24 hours later the time keeps getting pushed. We are suffering because of you.

An absolute joke refuse to fix faulty area so we have to suffer. Based on what this outfit charges monthly they should be ashamed of the terrible business they run. Thanks for costing our business lost revenue on the long weekend. The sad part about this is we don't even have an option to switch. My rating is zero one is too good.

Here we go again power out again same issue with pole across the street which they refuse to address. NFL Sunday and we have no power something our business cannot afford during these times. This company needs to be held accountable for there ridiculously poor service. Funny part is if you are late paying you get letter after letter letting you. Shame on Hydro your a joke and unfortunately I have no options otherwise I would have gotten rid of you many many years ago. Your company sucks.

Burlington Hydro hired Beswick tree service company to trim limbs away from the electrical wires on city property as well as butchering my silver maple tree on my land without any thought and consideration to the astatic and the health of my tree. I paid a tree service last year $2,500 to prune the silver maple. They removed several limbs leaving my tree off balance and wonky looking.
The person I was dealing with Jeff Tailor has no business dealing with the public with not giving a damn attitude. What a joke!!!

I had a payment bounce so I’m sending feedback regarding my experience. Normally with other services, they would call, take the missed payment and the PAP would resume. Not with Burlington Hydro. With you guys it’s a multi step process. I have to make the one time payment, then a few days later I have to go through the process of signing up for PAP again AND sign up for equal billing again. This is an unnecessarily complicated process, and a waste of my time, and your employees’ time, which costs you money. For a company that’s providing an essential service, it really shouldn’t be this complicated to obtain services. You should really have a professional assess your operations to make improvements.

Power outage reported at 3:15 pm. Got an ET for repair of 5:00 PM. Not met. Next ET for 7:00 PM. Not met. Next ET for 11:30 PM. Not met. Next ET for 1:30 AM. Not met. Just called at 7:30 AM the day after outage and new ET is 3:00 PM.
The home owners on street next to us (serviced by another utility company) got their power restored in less than 2 hours.
Two fridges and freezers full of food gone to waste. Not once did I receive an update as promised in earlier inquiries. I had to keep calling and begging for updates that you can see from above are useless.
I feel bad for the answering service folks who have to relay what are nothing more than put-off statements.

Your Communications team needs to do a much better job in keeping clients informed and updated during power outages, especially ones that last 12+ hours in the summer heat. Also don't lobby around false deadlines of when service will resume if you're going to consistently delay, delay, delay.

Service crew that came out to my place was fantastic. Just some good ol' boys that knew what they were doing, what to check, and how to fix stuff.

Yeah the website and the billing and a bunch of other things suck about this company, but good service from qualified tradesmen is worth a lot in my books.
