I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share how impressed I am with Gregg Electric. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely outstanding — hands down the best I’ve ever received from any company, not just a utility provider.

Every representative I spoke with including Cindy, was professional and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to help me resolve my electrical issue quickly and talk with BC Hydro.You could tell they actually cared — something that’s becoming increasingly rare these days.

It’s not often you feel compelled to rave about your electric company, but they’ve truly earned it. Fast response times, clear communication, and real human connection. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I had a fantastic experience with Gregg Electric this week! On Monday, a National Holiday, I called them about a faulty circuit breaker. They were incredibly responsive and managed to schedule an appointment for the next day. Gregg, the electrician, arrived on time and was highly knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed the issue with the breaker and replaced it with a new one. I’m thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and expertise shown by Gregg Electric. We will rely on them again for any future repair needs. I highly recommend them!

Greg was very helpful over the téléphone. He was very patient and helped me troubleshoot whether there was any issue with our electrical panel. He walked me through the electrical panel and how it works. Based on his explanations I understood that the issue is most likely an incorrect circuit connection. He is very kind and would go extra miles to help me prior to coming over to resolve any issue in person. I would highly recommend his service which is beyond expectation!

Today I phoned Gregg Electric because I had a small ceiling leak and was feeling unsure about turning the breaker back on. When I spoke with Gregg, he asked me what had happened and what the status of the leak was, and he was so incredibly kind and honest that we decided he didn’t need to send someone out and I was able to reenergize. I honestly expected to have to pay a minimum charge for someone to come and look, and I was so pleasantly surprised with his willingness to help and be straight with me. Because of this, I will be recommending Gregg Electric to all of my friends and family for honest and reliable service. Thank you so much Gregg!!!

After a negative experience with another electrician, I called and spoke with Cindy and it was Gregg to the rescue! This lovely man spent 45 min helping me sort out my mess and guiding me to a solution. It all ended well and I owe him and Cindy both a HUGE thank you. This is such an amazing company to deal with. We had an issue with a couple of electric heaters that we couldn’t figure out why they just stopped working. Cindy had us send pictures of our electrical panel and solved our issue over the phone! She was incredibly kind and so helpful! Thank you so much Cindy. Cyndi was very polite and upfront about costing of the install of my ceiling fan. She was able to get me in next day.
