I contacted RecordXpress to visit my residence to destroy 150 boxes of documents. They arrived on time and Dwayne was very helpful and efficient. All of my documents were shredded on site very quickly. I will definitely use their services again! Highly recommended.

i arrived 10 minutes early for scheduled appointment. Door was locked, people inside. Wasn't sure what to do. At appointment time someone unlocked the door, responded abruptly to my comment/question (can't recall what it was). Seemed like a difficult way to start, but it turned out just fine. The person serving me provided excellent service. All in all a pleasant experience. Will use your services again in the future.

Excellent Shredding Service. We use them twice per year at my place of work. We pile up 30-40 boxes outside of our building. They shred on the spot and while the tech is doing that, I collapse the cardboard boxes we don't need, and we recycle the bankers' boxes. Its fast! Staff are friendly and helpful.

After years of looking at boxes of tax info, old bills and miscellaneous paperwork, we finally decided to try and figure out how or where to get rid of it. We had seen Best Shredding while driving past several times but always thought it was for commercial accounts only.
Searched them out online and they are more than happy accepting anyone’s stuff. A quick online booking appointment and the next day we showed up with our stuff. The guys came out and met us at our vehicle, loaded our papers in their bin and that was the end of 25 years worth of documents.
Fast, easy and not expensive. Just a great experience. Thank you Best Shredding for helping us with our clean up!!!

This worked out really well and I will definitely do this again. I was able to drop my banker's boxes at a convenient time. I had the option to keep the boxes or not, which I did not know in advance, but will for next time. I was met at my vehicle, boxes loaded onto the dolly at my car. Masks and Covid protocols were in place for interactions. Price is very reasonable, staff was really personable. Great service for us small little professionals!
