Reliable, well organized and very affordable. Few times we had to deal with lineups, overall it's a great experience that has you in and out in less than 20 minutes. The only downside is that it's not open on weekends. Hard to find a better mixed dump in Oakville.

I recently renovated my kitchen and was recommended I call Mini Millennium for a bin. I spoke to Jennifer who was extremely polite and helpful. She advised me that a 14 yard bin would be sufficient for the job and the bin arrived the following morning at 9am!!

The service was great on site as well. The driver even put wood under the bin to protect my driveway- which I wasn't expecting and didnt occur to me to think about.

The bin was removed a week later as scheduled.

The entire process ran smoothly. I am very impressed with the customer service of this company and would definitely recommend them

Ive been coming here for 20 years, usually pretty good. Today there was this guy who had an attitude problem yelling about vests. Learn some manners and get the chip off your shoulder. Not everyone has a safety vest with them. Yelling and screaming at everyone, blah blah blah. Seems to be all this guy does

My husband and I ordered a 10 yard bin for a bathroom reno. I spoke to Mark and scheduled a bin delivery for Thursday morning and the bin arrived at 7:30 am.

We had just repaved our driveway and were worried about damage, but Mark assured me that they would put down wood to protect the driveway. They did just that and we are very pleased no damage was done to our driveway.

The reno went very fast and the bin was removed Saturday, even though we gave them very little notice. This was very convenient for us because we were having guests over that weekend and didn't want the bin taking up space on the driveway.

Overall we were very happy with the product and the service and we will definitely use them again when we do our kitchen next year.

Outstanding disposal service at fair prices! I spoke with Mark during my experience and he was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I was really happy with our first bin drop off with Millennium, so I decided I would continue to use them for all of our projects. Unfortunately at our second attempt, there was a huge miscommunication with them concerning how the bin would fit onto our site's property. Neither I, or anyone else within our contracting company were contacted to discuss this problem. Instead, once some time passed, and the bin had not shown up- I had to call to ask what was going on. I spoke to a gentleman who then explained to me according to google maps, the bin that I had requested would not fit. I was thrown off, as I was not notified about this concern, and had employees at the site sitting around waiting for the arrival of this bin (my thoughts were, if I had not called, a bin would had never shown up). I felt that I should had been contacted about this issue. I then told them that we had already discussed this at the time of booking, and that I said it should be fine, and if it is not we will pay whatever charge it is to get a smaller bin. Apparently, according to the gentleman- this was miscommunicated by me. I then said, "Ok, when is the earliest a bin can arrive". The gentleman answered, "Possibly noon, if not later" (this was at 9:30am). I was very disappointed to hear this, as I felt like everything we had discussed at booking was thrown out the window, and we were starting all over again. I also have 3-4 employees at the site waiting for this bin!! I then decided I will speak to my boss about this and decide on what I will do afterwards. I called back to speak to a manager because I really wanted to resolve the issue and continue using them as our disposal company as I was happy with their first bin drop off. Unfortunately the manager, Mark did not seem interested in what I had to say, or even try to make the situation better. Instead he insisted that I had misunderstood everything, and also that our booking wasn't even confirmed. The bottom line was that, if they had felt that the bin I ordered would not fit (after we had already had this conversation at the time of booking), someone should had contacted me instead of letting us sit around waiting for a bin, that way- we could had resolved the problem and had a smaller bin coming. The ultimate decision was made to just cancel the bin (I also decided to return the first bin I currently have)- as I felt, as a customer there was no understanding from the manager. No apology for not notifying me on their size concerns. No apology or even sympathy for the headache that they caused me this morning. Very upsetting, as again I was really looking forward to continuing to use them. Jennifer (the original sales rep I spoke to for my first bin drop off) was amazing to me! Would I recommend this company, probably not as I felt they had no compassion for us smaller businesses!

Mark in dispatch is fantastic and the truck driver Ian was very careful when dropping the bin. He took the time to put wood underneath the bin so that it wouldn’t scratch my driveway
