Excellent service at Davis Trading Scrap Yard

I had a great experience at Davis Trading. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly about the metals I brought in. I sold 70 pounds of copper and got a very good price for it—totally fair and competitive.

What I really appreciate is that the team provides service in both English and Spanish, which made everything easier for me. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. The office staff, especially Robert, was also very pleasant and welcoming.

Special thanks to Gus, who helped me out—super helpful and respectful. In my opinion, this is the best scrap yard in the area. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Great place to recycle scrap metal and also buy scrap metal. I was able to buy pretty good quality copper magnet wire for cheap to build some vortex coils. And many other parts and supplies for many other projects for cheap. Keeps my project hobby building very affordable.
Definitely will recommend it to others. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Thanks

Busy place with great service. The warrior sentinel that sits horseback is such a great art installation for a metal trading company. American Blackfoot artist Jay Polite Laber collected scrap metals from around the reservation eventually producing twelve metal sentinel sculptures. The "Warrior" was unveiled in 2004 and sits on guard on Grant Street. Eight of the twelve produced stand guard in Montana on the Reservation

I had an awesome time here looking for scrap materials for crafting. If you're a non-commercial buyer you can come to look around on a Saturday, grab a hard hat and hi vis vest and get stuck in. Bring a pair of gloves for safety and dirt protection. Everyone here was really friendly, customers and staff alike. Swapped life stories, compared tattoos and had a great time chatting with everyone. Staff were very helpful. I picked up a load of stuff that I'll have a great time working with for just 15 bucks. Definitely recommended if you're a creative crafter looking for alternative materials to work with - if you're anything like me then this place is a treasure trove.

I found it quite terrible I had to pay a taxi cab fare to take my recycling in just to be told that they cannot help me because I don't have my own vehicle so not only did I waste $20 on cabfare, I didn't know that I must show up in my own vehicle, not happy in the least. It's true they did tell me of another scrap metal recycling place. However, this was my very first time I have ever taken scrap metal in. Plus when I looked at the website prior to coming via a taxi $$ I didn't see anything stating that I had to bring my own vehicle in. It's unfortunate that for a first time customer, no exceptions were made. The scrap metal was so heavy I could not longer walk with it all, thankfully. I had previously separated magnetic from non magnetic so I had no choice but to leave at the very least 50 pounds of non magnetic metals at the side of the road , yet the scrap brass and aluminum was still somewhat heavy and at this point I was extremely exhausted, so unfortunately I had to call another cab. So now I am totally financially screwed. Again, thanks for referring me to the other scrap metal place. So all in all including the money I got from the other place, it left me with $10 in my pocket , I should have just waited for my mom who owns a vehicle to come to town and ask her to drive me, I am on disability and was hoping to get some extra cash so I could at least buy her something for Christmas. Oh well, I suppose it's the thought that counts. Hope you all have a wonderful 2025. Do one to others that you would like to be done to you. All the best

No complaints! Nice quick and easy. Great service from everyone there. Not exactly sure how competitive the prices are when I'm always working for a trucking outfit. But it's nice to see a place where everyone is smiling.
