Supreme Property Management is very professional and friendly. I have been in one of their properties since February and I'm very satisfied. Our building recently changed management to Supreme Consulting and the switchover has been amazing- user-friendly and easy. The company immediately began renovations on the heritage building , including landscaping, and setting up security features in the front and back stairwell entrances. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly and Michelle is sincere, proffessional and kind. With the age of the building and area it resides in, the steps this new management has taken to upgrade and improve the safety for the tenants is wonderful. I personally feel a lot safer in the building and communicating with this team than other managements. They also keep their word when making sure tenants inside the building adhere to the non-smoking policies and respond to noise complaints. Things have improved inside and outside the building and I couldn't be happier! They really care about their tenants.

I’ve been living under Supreme Property Management for a while now, and while we’ve experienced some challenges — especially with heat and water issues — I have to say the team is usually quick to respond and send someone over when we report a problem. That effort is appreciated.
The location is convenient, the area is quiet, and communication from the office has improved noticeably over time. They’re also engaging more with tenants, like this rent giveaway, which shows a good direction toward building a stronger community.
If they can focus more on long-term solutions for heating and water maintenance, I truly believe they’ll attract even more tenants — which would be great for their business and the overall resident experience.

I have been living in this building running by the supreme consulting group for more than 10 years and enjoy there personal correspondence with me personally. Any issues or concerns are addressed immediately, my landlord is always very prompt to when and if there are issues, to return my text or phone call. It has been a pleasure to be apart of this on going relationship and I encourage others to do the same if looking for a place to rent or rent to own. Its been a pleasure living here for the last 10yrs plus. You cant go wrong with the supreme consulting inc. High regards and high rewards if you choose to. My building recently switched to this management and I’ve found management to be extremely helpful. I had a maintenance issue recently and they were quick to resolve it and ensure it was fixed asap. And Michelle is always very responsive over email and seems to genuinely care about the tenants! The price as well for the apartment is incredible with the account of size!
