Guys are friendly but dishonest. Learnt from past experiences count bottles before you return. I know that it takes extra time for us but at least you pass a paper to them with your numbers and you know what amount you are to receive. Only way I do it now!

ビールの缶とワインボトルを持ち込んで換金してもらいました。ダートマスのsobeyから歩いて5分もかからないところにあります。缶は5セント、瓶は10セントに換えてもらえます。私は歩いて行きましたが、車でたくさん持ってきている人もいて、スタッフがカートに入れて数えてくれます。時間もかからずスムーズに対応してもらえました。

Took six full bags today and most were 20 oz containers with the air sucked out of them. I got back $14.40!!! They totally dropped the ball on counting today and I was stupid not to count them but I feel totally cheated. Beware and count your refund before going there.

The guys there are very helpful. I was able to get a pair of steel toed boots for my husband. I highly recommend them. Fast friendly service.

Didn't know what to think about the reviews about people getting ripped off, but they were absolutely right. I went in with 46 bottles and walked out with $2.30, half of what I should of received. I even heard them call out how many bottles I had, and they didn't miss count. Anyway, if you're in it for the money, this is not the place to go.

This business would receive zero stars if possible. Upon returning recyclables, my husband was verbally berated and cursed at by an employee repeatedly - the employee was going out of his way to accost him. While there, he also witnessed the same employee mixing together the refundables of different people and ignoring anyone who tried to correct him. Very unpleasant experience with a severe lack of not just customer service but general human decency.

So far, it's been a good experience. They even give me recycling tips. I saw some moments below saying they were getting ripped off. $2.30 for 46 bottles, for example. Just a reminder, the exchange is typically 5 cents per bottle. I haven't been ripped off yet.
