I see my last review was removed. So let me place another one. I have asked multiple times for my service to be cancelled. I have been charged for service in December, January, February and March for services that have not been done. I called again this last week (4th time)) to reaffirm the cancellation and then i receive another notification for a scheduled cleaning at my clinic please cancel my service. This is just terrible. I have attached my last review since it seems to have disappeared.

I am very happy with the service that Citron has to offer. Your customer service representation is superior to most in my experience. Becky Tustin has true professionalism her responses are always immediate and detailed, very specific to resolve the issue at hand. I appreciate the notifications that I receive after a service call as well. During covid there was no interruption, and the service techs were very respectful with maintaining their boundaries.

If I could put no stars I would. We live in an apartment building and they use this company. We’ve been struggling with bed bugs for 4 months now and did 3 treatments already, their coming next week for a fourth. It is not working. They are still around and on our beds. Trying to get our building to find a new company but they refuse to saying it’s fine. They cleared us even tho we still have them. It’s like their never going away. Would not recommend them...
