After spending an hour with customer support to try and get my payment set up for the member registration they failed to solve the issue instead putting an invoice on my account. Lazy and unhelpful is all I can describe them as.

Terrible customer service. First time at this location , I called beforehand to learn about visit instructions , nothing was mentioned about the account type and the limited number of visitors. I arrived with a friend to inspect a vehicle one hour before closing time and staff were not interested in us visiting at this time and we were denied access to the lot. ( just one person can go )

Staff were rude with no consideration what so ever, they didn’t even bother to consider a guest pass for the second person. Absolutely not a business oriented team!

In a nutshell, do not except much from the staff at this location ...... rude !

The management or customer service lies !

I have won 2 vehicles in this auction and had an emergency situation i was at the hospital for a week, I wasn’t able to move as i had heart problem. So during the 8 days before the cars got realist I spoke to someone from copart London,ON and told her that im in hard situation right now and might be late for the payment. She made me feel better and not think about it as she will leave a note to the management and they can give me more time or help regarding the realist fees.

Non of that happened !
And when i called couple of times regarding the promise the have gives me, they keep saying “the management away and we will leave note so he can call you back” no one calls me !

Then after 2 weeks of waiting they said we don’t see any notes.

I bought a 2009 ford fusion from the action. The staff was super helpful and understanding. Everyone i talked to we always nice and helpful. I had to get more paperwork from them for service ontario and they had no issue mailing me the paperwork i needed. Just a great experience first to finish.

Tow Truck was to pick up my vehicle this morning and It's over 4-5 hours. The line is always busy and the call can't be returned as you can't leave a message.

I had to pick up a vehicle that had been vandalized. The staff was professional and courteous and I was able to get my car on a flatbed quickly and safely. I noticed some very cool vehicles and motorcycles they were auctioning off. If you’re looking for a fixer upper this is the place to travel to. You do require a business licence.

This is probably the worst salvage auction I have ever been to as a dealer. If you are dealer, don’t waste your time here. They let public bud through brokers and prices are ridiculously high as a result of curbsiders buying here. To top that off, they have every problem from not disclosing additional damage or history, to incorrect titles, to missing ownerships, etc...
