It's March 28 as I write this, pretty close to when we RVers head out for our first trips of the season. So there's no doubt that I caught Sean at a busy time, and even though he couldn't jump on my job, he gave me a great referral to a colleague of his with another company, and told me that if his referral couldn't help, to get back to him (but his referral is getting me sorted out). Very accommodating, and attuned to the rhythms of the camping season. Great service.
