Great clothes and great prices! Lots of athletic wear and brand name items. The brand name items obviously ran a bit more pricey but still a huge discount from what they'd be brand new.

We’d read earlier reviews mentioning less-than-welcoming staff, but our experience was quite the opposite. Everyone we encountered was kind, helpful, and willing to assist. While it seems like the team could benefit from greater diversity, their friendliness made our visit an enjoyable one.

It was very busy in there and it made it a little difficult to move around, but we figure it's because it's their opening week and will likely calm down over the next few months. Either way, that's a great thing for their business and means more deals for customers!

Really love this place! I had 3 full bags of clothing and they took all but 2 pieces, and the payout was great. The owners are very kind and welcoming as-well!

Only bought like 5 clothes out of two garbage bags full that were all like new and they offer way to small of an amount don’t waste your time

I brought my items in about two weeks ago. I called back 5 days after because I hadn't heard anything. The staff couldn't find my items. They were polite, and said someone would look into it and get back to me immediately. I never heard back. It has now been another week. When I called back to check in I was told someone would look and email/call back before the end of the day. I haven't heard anything since.

Found some great finds that were good quality! Friendly staff, good environment, only complaint was how crowded it was! Will be returning for more back to school finds for cheaper!

not sure i will return unfortunately. I have been to the store three times (to sell and shop) and always tried to give them benefit of doubt because of how busy they have been but i walked away everytime feeling so uncomfortable. today the way i was spoken to by a staff member - after waiting patiently in line for over 25 mins to go in- was so disheartening. i have never experienced that sort of engagement with a sales person before- i walked away embarrassed and honestly belittled.

Im only commenting on the "buying" part of this company. They purchased 21 items from me(they gave mostly summerish stuff back to me, which makes sense right now), and offered me 112.00. That's about 5.25ish per item. Most of my items were American eagle, old navy, mavi, Levi's, ect. Either brand new with tags, or like new condition. For things I havent worn ina while or at all. I was happy with this. Especially being somebody who couldn't be bothered to sell online myself. So, this worked for me fine.
