Wilson's flooring team was very diligent and hard working. They were considerate to be clean and tidy. Boards were laid down tightly and the floors looked great once finished.
I would rate them higher but in the planning stages communication could have been better. Was not told I was supposed to get underlay until I asked. Also there was confusion about dates, the contractor believing the project started one month earlier than actual.
Price was also a little higher than expected but overall I was satisfied with the job they did.

The Concord Group renovated our condo building’s party room and we couldn’t be happier! The job was multi-focused: replace carpet with flooring, wallpaper removal and replacement, painting, refacing kitchen cabinets, new counter, sink and faucet. Existing board room table, chairs and barstools needed refinishing in lieu of replacement. This is where they really excelled- though we were delighted at the entire job.
In addition to spray painting table and chairs, furniture was hand-rubbed to a beautiful shine. The table tops weren’t wood so they replaced with same-size wood, finished and attached to the base.

The work was all done on-site as they built a sealed tent to do the spray painting. After clean-up there was no indication this had been a worksite.
Work was done on time and
professionally!
