Terrible yard. Half the drivers are under the influence while they operate these 20 ton trucks. Rig the trucks against MTO safety standards. Management could care less about the health and safety of its workers. Don't do business with them. Do yourselves a favor.

Completely unprofessional.
Drivers continuously park in bike lanes to go get coffee or in clearly marked do not stop anytime zones making the communities and roads unsafe.

When asked to move employees get rude, threatening and aggressive.

When calling the company to resolve the issue they are mostly unresponsive and don’t discipline their employees for their behaviour so the issue continues to persist.

Avoid doing business with this company at all costs

Hours listed are wrong (closes at 5pm, not 6pm), plenty of staff on site at 5:30 but no one qualified to hand out a blue bin apparently

Dumps my recycling bin then pulls out a discarded furnace filter from the back of the garbage truck from some random house up the street and puts it in my blue box for me to figure out what to do with it! 😡 I don't want other people's disgusting trash to deal with! Very unprofessional.

Go by my house, don't pick my bins up and leave them pool.Cardboard, and they only bring me one recycle in box.I'm tired of it.I think I'll take everything to the dump and throw it in the bed without recycling

Our pick-up is on Friday. We always make sure the decals on our yard waste bins are visible (decals on all sides of bins). The yard waste truck often drives right by and and we are stuck with bringing it back in until the next week.

Moved into a new home. Have had garbage pick up for maybe 8 weeks in total. 1 week they don't collect garbage another week they didn't collect recycling and green bin. Today the garbage has not been picked up but they decided to do 2 of my neighbor's trash and not mine when mine wasn't even over weight.. maybe 10lbs and it was an individual bag and it's all on servailence. It's a continuous cycle Workers picking and choosing to not take it. Don't know why the city of Hamilton keeps contracting these guys out just horrible service.

1st they picked up all my recycling except one bin, not tagged. I called they passed it on to the supervisor. Next day my bin is still on the curb, I called back. I was told they said it wasn't out. It was!! It hasn't moved. Then later that day their "Emergency Response " truck drives right past my home, doesn't even slow down in a parking lot. I called immediately, As I'm on the phone with the lady, she tells me the guy put it down as Tagged. She asked if I would like to have them call me, I said yes. I'm still waiting for a call. I have pictures to back my bin up.
