I read all the reviews before going here and some were true, some were not but...
No you are not limited to 6 bags. Yes they do not sell the clear bags with the white fill line but...
A staff member offered to count my empties directly into the bag's and I declined saying I'd like to know how many I have, to which she responded "it'll be faster if I don't have to return the flats to the table", I held my ground and said that because of the Google reviews I'd prefer to count my own returns. That didn't go over well, I was called "rude!", what do you want me to say? Google reviews matter...
After counting out 31 flats of cans, I gave the last blue bag to someone that obviously could use it, returned all the flats as they were emptied and when it came time to pay me the $74+ I gave the $4 and change as a tip.
But I'm 'Rude'? That's why I didn't give a 5 Star experience.

Definitely ripped me off by have. Knew i was a out of town guy and totally took advantage. If i could give a lower star rating i would. If you come here count your bottles 1st

I’ve been in the hospitality Industry for 33 years as a server, a bartender and a manager and I appreciate seeing Mark specifically when I come to do my returns. whether it’s personal or for business He’s entertaining and kind. He treat you like your a friend, and recently I’ve gotten to know Melissa… I believe that is her name. There is no other place in town. I would rather go. Mark if you see this keep up the good work. I hope your management team and supporting staff appreciate you because I know as a guest I do.
I’m just one guest that come once a week, but it’s the first thing I do in the morning when I come to town and I’m happy that there not disgruntled, but willing to help and support their patrons. Cheers to all the team.

Starting using Lorne St. Bottle depot a few months ago as my sons are trying to raise money. The staff have been absolutely amazing and so helpful! The set up is awesome- makes it very easy to sort and count. Cheers to Melissa and Yang who go over and above for us every time!!

This is the only bottle depot I will ever go to in Kamloops. The staff are so amazing and helpful, I always feel welcome and part of the family as soon as I get out of my car. There's never a long wait and have spots for different recycling! The music is always bumping and the sorting tables are easy to navigate. Definitely recommend taking your refundables and recyclables here!

"Two people per table", there are 5 empty tables, no space for 2 people at 1 table when we have 5 carts around us. So I left to wait while 1 person takes twice as long. I'd understand if it was busy, but it wasn't and we still had 1/2 a pickup box full of empties to return.

Don't expect anything extra if you have a disability. I was in a lot of pain, hardly able to stand and needed space to support myself. They didn't want me using my own spot and asked to share with my partner. We were crowded with bottles and I had no place to be comfortable so I left.
