The blonde lady working there turned us down before they were closed. If she did it in a kind way with a reason, I would understand. But she was short with us, rude, and just yelled “nope” and threw her hand up from far away. Then closed the gate infront of our car while shaking her head. It wasnt like it was a minute or two before 5pm either, it was a good 10 mins before. We didn’t have many bottles either, a car had just left and we could have been in and out in the remaining time. We just didn’t appreciate how she handled it.

Will never return to North Shore General Grants again . Lady running it now is not a nice person and should not be dealing with the public. She needs to go to anger management courses.

I would give this location a 0 if I could. Who is going to sit in their vehicle and waste 20 to 25 minutes of fuel in a lineup, when it does not pay enough in returns to do that. Also, if the location is not working very good, find a new location. I reccommend a person don't waste their time with a dated location in a residential area that tends to block the side street. Downtown location is gold.

Took my 30 bags to the depot and I was amazed how well they took care of me, there was they station running me through, I got no complaints about this location

And just for everyone leaving a review that is negative about being ripped off, they take a percent off the total to do it for you so just be quiet 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I went first thing in the morning and was surprised to find only 1 other vehicle unloading. Quick, easy and convenient service. I'm not use to someone else sorting our bottles but the young man helping me was efficient and friendly. The refund amounts are docked of course but I was out in a few minutes compared to 15+ mins it would normally take elsewhere with sort your own. Will try again for sure.

I have gotten really great service here lately. The guy who counted my truck load of bottles has been there for 7 years and didn't miss a beat.
