I would give 0 stars if I could. The did as best as he could. He was here 11 hrs and struggled with the install. He had very little support from his office and some help arrived but it was sporadic and not enough to assist him thoroughly. I looked at the condensate pump installation and it is mickey mouse. I am not happy that a 1 day job took 3 days and still looks like the dogs breakfast. My discussions with the management group were patronizing and showed a disinterest in supporting the installer and getting the job done. I think this is the beginning of multiple call backs.

Tom from Sasquatch was amazing! Showed up early and went right to work with the upgrading of my electrical service in preparation for the installation of the heat pump. So great at explaining everything and took time for all my questions. He worked continuously and efficiently.
Great teamwork with his colleagues. I'm not only impressed but also so happy that I chose your company. Loved getting the text messages about his arrival. Great day gang!

Just had a new HVAC system installed from Sasquatch Heat Pumps. It was a good experience from the get go. From the point of the estimate to the final install it was a positive. Jeff was the go to guy and a great fellow and very knowledgeable on all aspects that I asked him about….very professional and just a plain pleasant fellow. The whole team worked for our benefit. They worked straight through both days and if they had a lunch it was while they were on the go because there was what appeared to be no down time while here. Jeff worked hard and we appreciated everything he did and the explanations when I was inquiring about stuff…I would highly recommend Sasquatch and their team.

Navdeep, Nick 1 and 2 were prompt, professional, hard working and friendly. They worked very steadily and checked in on a few decision points. Theo and Kevin recently installed my new heat pump. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous both of them were. They were so detailed through all aspects of the install. They considered everything to give me the best possible options for location. The finished product looks so clean and tidy. Theo made sure I was comfortable with the operation of the unit before leaving and gave me thorough instructions on it. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Sasquatch Heat Pumps and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of installing a heat pump.

We had a heat pump installed by Jeff and team from Sasquatch. Overall very pleased with their promptness, communication, politeness and professional install that they did in one day vice the two scheduled days. They kept a clean swept work area and the only reason I did not give them a 5 star review was the grass in my back yard should have been cover with plywood or something to reduce the damage to the grass as the dolley left ruts and the foot traffic damaged the grass.
