Denied entry again. I paid my taxes. I give them money and they deny access to a public facility.

If you live in Bolton area, this is very convenient to drop off garbage or recycling. I had a load of tree branches that I had cut and it's a lot easier to dump them in their bin than to cut them small and bag them. No charge up to 100 kilos. Open Tuesday to Saturday. For some reason they aren't taking tires right now.

Wanted to drop of a good quality dog crate for donation. It was refused due to cleanliness reason. This item had been washed and cleaned beforehand. Very frustrated as I have seen the same items in the second hand store available for sale.

I'm adding a little more to my original review, because I think this place deserves more. The staff is always very courteous, and they've got a very efficient process for getting in and out. It's also always extremely clear in there. I would have to say that it's our Tax Dollars put to good use at this facility.

Unreasonable prices and unfriendly staff. If you want to get ripped off for overpriced used items that you could buy brand new for same $ then definitely go to this location!
