After posting a good review of my experience with this company I sadly am now posting a revised review related to my most recent experiences. As a customer for 37 years my dealings with this company over the past two months have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They have failed to meet my expectations from pricing to timely returned calls to general courtesy extended to a longstanding, reliable, and committed customer. In light of the economic turbulence we are living in, this company needs to be cognizant of a better approach to committed customers and better pricing.

Boxing day we had no hot water! Called upper Canada fuel and burner and they were able to visit Monday to see what would correct the problem. Unfortunately the part was not available and as they were on holidays, limited as to what they could do. First thing Wednesday morning when they were back to work they called me and told me they had a new water heater on order for me and would call as soon as it arrived and would be right out within 90 minutes to install. Absolutely true to their word! I was so impressed with their response time. I'm home Thursday evening, having a hot shower! Amazing customer service from everyone during this experience, but an exceptional shout out to John who was on call that day and responded very quickly. . Most impressed with the service! Five stars. I would give you 10 if I could! We truly appreciate your professionalism and assistance during our time of need.

Terrible experience only did the bare minimum when installing new oil tank in my house. Been chasing them around for the last month and a half trying to get them to come back and fix/ do what is still required to pass inspection. Not happy with their service.

Just left 3 messages on the uppercanada services phone services looking to have my duct cleaning done. after 3 weeks i get a message stating that the messages were left on a techs phone which i only have one number providee. I stated what i was calling about and she kept talking about the tech number, i stated well i needed heat so i went somewhere else cause after 3 weeks apperently it was not that important to them. This is on the heels of them calling me 2 times in a row saying i was late on payments and they were sending the bills to an email we dont have(which i booked the appointment on line with my email address) So when i said we went somewhere else the lady at uppercanad fuels hung up on me as a customer of theirs, so in frustration i called back to the new services call center and the lady there came up with excuses as she is chewing gum loudly on the phone and again appeard as not to care.. wow i guess the new tank was what they wanted to provide and after the payments received the customer service goes down hill.. TIme to find another provider simply sad customer service as this time during these times when heat will be the most important thing on peoples mind..
