Have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. I have been sleepless for months dealing with their drilling rigs 450 metered from my home. No complaints were dealt with at all. They offered me a weeks wages for the disruption in my life. And in order to except that they wanted me to sign a contract stating I wouldn’t be able to go public or be compensated if anything happens in the future. I declined. Farmers think twice before allowing this USA tan company on your Canadian land !! They will dump their waist on your property while working there. The noise and air pollution are absolutely 1000x worse than they say. I bought land out of town for me and my animals , for the quietness and less pollutions. Now I live 450 meters from 24 hr construction and worse pollution than ever. This company does not care about land owners or adjacent land owners at all !! And if you ask the BC oil and gas regulators for help , well that’s just like sticking your head in the sand and screaming. They are useless !! They tell you they talked to Murphy and give you a reason why it was loud or why there was is a bad smell throughout your property. But do absolutely nothing and I mean nothing about it.
