- We met with several contractors, but upon meeting Blaine Butler with Cooper HVAC, we found his representation of the company to be very professional and very patient in exploring best options for our home. He even talked us out of getting a bigger/high-end system and focused solely on what would be the “best fit” for our overall unique circumstances in Monument. He then gave us several quality system options to choose from. They installed our heat pump early 2022 and it’s been doing great. They have since sent out crew quickly whenever needed, even manager Jason on several occasions, just to ensure our system was dealt with excellently. Can only provide the highest of recommendations. Called Cooper H&C last week about an AC not working. They were able to get me in within a week and put me on a cancellation list as well. Day of, I received a call and a text about arrival time and even received a picture of the tech coming to do the work, which was a thoughtful touch so I knew who to look for. Conner was very professional and polite. He took the time to answer my questions and look at all possible issues. He was in and out in under an hour and so far the house feels great! Very thankful for the service and will be calling Cooper H&C again for any issues!
