Absolutely blown away by the service from Glencoe Auto! I ordered a grille and not only was the price super fair — way cheaper than any of their competitors — but the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Hi to everyone who thinks buying used parts from Glencoe Auto is a good idea...it's NOT...I recently purchased an alternator for a Buick Lucerne from them as soon as I put the part on it was very noisy (bad bearing) I called them back and they were nice enough to say they would take it back, however the day I returned it I was called a liar and told I had took the time to take the alternator apart and swap the bearings with another one. This was a ridiculous accusation coming from a professional company..."ain't nobody got time for that"....what a joke all for $125 what a waste of time it would have been. Do Better Glencoe Auto.

I bought a 2010 hyundai accent motor here about 4 months ago. I was very leary about buying one here, because I had never been here before. The fellow guaranteed that the motor was a good motor. The motor was even way cheaper than most places. We just installed it. Wow! What a great motor! So happy with the purchase. These are great guys that are honest. Hard to find that these days.

When I called if they wanted to take my vehicle they straight up told me that it would be better to call the auto Recker around the corner from the impound lot that my totaled truck was at since they could give a better price. They were right and I was happy with past service buying parts from them.

We buy many parts each month through Glencoe and have always found them helpful and easy to deal with. If they don't personally have the part they will order it in for you if one is available. Warranties are simple to handle with a phone call.

I've dealt with Glencoe twice in the past. On both occasions my vehicles were stranded. One was a wreck and the other was a breakdown hours from home. Each time they were prompt and dependable. They towed my vehicles and I received a fair price that I was happy with. I will continue to use them when needed and highly recommend Glencoe Auto Recyclers.

If they don't have something you need, they will help you find where you can get it or point you in the right direction for it. I can't say enough about their customer service, they really are amazing!
