Here's an idea.... if you're closed to the public UPDATE GOOGLE MAPS so the public doesn't end up out here to drop off scrap metal.

The owner's callous disregard for safety and the community is shown again with a raging fire. By his own statement the security cameras have been offline since spring (it is now September) so the fire went unnoticed for a period of time until an overnight staff person spotted it. The 100x200x100 foot pile of crushed cars and other metal has continued to burn well in to the afternoon spewing an acrid cloud of unknown toxins that can be smelled as far as the Kingston Peninsula. Uptown schools and businesses have closed and the City has issued a Shelter In Place order while also noting the possibility of a full evacuation.

Nicely done. And of all the reactions and reports, not one person is surprised or shocked. Pack it up and move so you aren't 1/2 a km across the water from the uptown and the cruise ship terminal, and blocks from a residential area.

And take some responsibility for your operations for crying out loud. Your defensive, dismissive statements sound like they were written by a 14 year old.

I should not have to struggle to get sleep at 1230 in the morning when I have a child waking up in less than 5 hours. This is ridiculous and Ive had it! This plant is extremly loud. There may not be any explosions but there is constant booming and shattering noise. Why they work all night I have no clue

This facility has cost me $30,000 in equity, and closer to $3,000,000 of equity in the surrounding area. It is a crying shame that there is no justice.
