Customer service 0 out of 10. yesterday morning as the Fero recycling truck drove away from my driveway i went to retrieve my bins to find one of them had been broken. as it was not when i brought it to the road i called Fero to ask for a replacement as their employee dropped it on its side causing the break. The operations manager Beth T. told me that Fero policy is to not replace any customer bins even when the damage is caused by their employee. Im not comfortable leaving this review as its not something i like to do but in this day and age yould think taking responsible for what your company causes should be a no brainer. the cost of the replacement bin is not the issue. the issue is that they feel they do not need to take any responsible for their workers actions. what company has that luxury. the world seems to be going the wrong direction lately. hopefull it gets turned around soon.
