Pas besoin de sortir de l'auto, ca va vite quelques minutes a attendre par voiture et c'est fait!

Needs better management. Line is slow, employee morale is rock bottom. Instead of quickly unloading vehicles, sending off the bottles to be counted and sorted, sending the vehicle to WAIT, while someone counts and prepares amount to be paid (license plate or vehicle description to mstch bottleloads). (this would speed up customer service) Instead their system is to slowly unload, no priority system or larger bay for trucks or trailer loads, 1 vehicle at a time which averages to 25 mins per vehicle, and send the vehicle off with cash making them wait in the bay inside. Employees should be taught proper lifting mechanics as well to prevent injury and wear proper PPE.

Great service. However, the parking lot REALLY, REALLY needs work!

Update: Went there today and even driving very slowly, my car bottomed out over a rut. I believe I now have damage to my muffler, but I will be taking it into the dealership to confirm. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!! From reading the other reviews and from the times I have gone, this problem has been ongoing for a VERY long time!!! I will be going to the depot in Fredericton from now on because costumer reviews are not taken seriously at this location!!!!

This place Blows. It says on the times of operation until 4, I have been here a few times at about 410 and today at 405 and locked up, please change the hours or stay for the full work day

Don't leave your bags alone event if they ask you to wait outside. 20-30$ a bag.
It is very easy to mixte your with other one after you left. The personnel don't care about that.

The workers are efficient and always pleasant.
However, the parking lot needs to be fixed. It is always nothing but ruts.
