Horrible horrible experience. They told us the steel would be delivered one week after payment was received. Called them a week later they said no one told us that, that they didn’t even have our address and then to top it all off they said they didn’t receive the payment for steel even though we had paid out over 5 grand the week before to them. We had to send them our debit receipt to prove it was paid. What kind of company is run this way ?!! Pathetic. And saying they didn’t have our address after we paid 95$ on the bill for packaging and delivery!!! Unreal. Will never ever use them again.

They allowed a stolen car to be scraped with no info, no reggy check and gave the money to a stranger. Take you scrap car elsewhere (unless it's stolen)
